The signs at spawn that describe towny list that towns have 25 base plots plus 8 per member. That base of 25 plots doesn't exist, just have 8 per member. Dunno if towny is set up incorrectly or the sign is wrong, but figured I'd make it known.

Many thanks, we'll look into it. I think at this point we'll just change the signs than fix towny - if towny was configured incorrectly.

Also, this has reminded me to get out Part 2 of the Survey responses.

Unless someone messed with how things are set up, that should be correct. Your cap is 25 (you still have to buy those 25 plots, of course) if you're a hermit, and your cap grows by 8 additional plots per town member added.
