Okay, so I am developing a responsive site and tested it on Chrome mobile. The header should be across the whole page, and the page should load at 100% zoom. For reference, the lower menu bar is position:fixed.

Does anyone know why this happens, and more importantly, how to fix it?

Nice! I looked at it but didn't see anything out of line. I never would have figured that out either, haha. I'm glad you found the right help and reported back to us on the solution. Smile
