There seem to be two mirrors of WikiPrizm:

1: https://www.cemetech.net/wikiprizm/index.php?title=Main_Page
2: http://prizm.cemetech.net/index.php/Main_Page

Half of the links in 1 are broken because they point to "/index.php/Page" and half of the links in 2 are broken because the point to "/wikiprizm/index.php?title=Page".

And if you access 2 with https, there's a train map or something… (Also the TLS certificate is for the wrong domain.) https://prizm.cemetech.net/

It doesn't seem to be because with the wiki source, though.

Also, is WikiPrizm dead? Much of the information there seems outdated.
Mega-short response: fixed now.

Short response: I've fixed up the redirects and enabled HTTPS.

Actual explanation:

Once upon a time the wikis had some "exciting" hacks applied to make them integrate nearly seamlessly with the rest of the site. This turned out to be difficult to maintain but completely splitting things out to be separate was enough work that it didn't happen completely, meaning if you found the right paths (/wikiprizm for instance) you could get weird behavior. I've now completely separated the wiki from the rest of the site and updated redirects to cover the /wikiprizm path correctly. With that done, it was easy to turn on HTTPS as well.

To answer your trailing question: it's as dead as you want it to be. Nobody's made any changes in a long time, but that doesn't mean you can't.
Just some small things:

There's mixed content. The WikiPrizm logo is loaded over HTTP. (The URL for the logo is in the external stylesheet, by the way.)

Most (if not all) image links are broken because they link to http://s.lowendshare.com.

I don't think this is a problem because it's still subject to the usual HSTS rules. I've changed it anyway.

That's the fault of whoever linked them, not inherent in the site setup. I can't do anything about it.
