So a hilarious thing happened to me on the way home today. I was riding the L train, and at 4th Avenue, some random homeless guy/bum got on, looking disheveled and dirty, as happens extremely frequently. Usually, they sing, play instruments, or tell a sad story about how they screwed up, then ask for money. This one, however, seemed a bit drunk/high/both, and pulled out a medium-sized electric piano. Fair enough. But he didn't play it. He murdered it, and by murdered I mean randomly banged on some keys for about 20 seconds. Then he said: "that's a little song I composed myself. It's called 'Stop Playing the #$%^ing Piano'." Smatters of laughter. Guy continues, "I can't sing, either!". He then proceeds to kind of yell and yelp while banging on the piano some more. A bit more laughter this time. Someone in the car yells out, "hey, why [are] you doin' this?" He responds, "OK, I'll tell you. I done a lot of stuff wrong. I used to spend all my money on cigarettes, alcohol, marajuana, crack, and viagra. But now I know better. I spent other people's money on cigarettes, alcohol, marajuana, crack, and viagra." Lots of laughter. "But now that I have your attention, let me tell you what really happened. I got fired from my job today because people said they weren't getting enough bacon on their food. I always thought BLT meant Bread, Lettuce, and Tomato." Some kid yells to him, "why are you screaming in my ear?!" He says, "whatchu yelling back for... wow, we have the same hair!!". The kids whoop, throw a nickel at him, and run off the train. I got off too, since we were at my stop.

What ever would I do without good ol' NYC?

Some people are odd. Too bad you didn't have the tablet with the webcam on for us.

Oh a. I had the tablet on my arm (I was programming), and my webcam was in my pocket. Sorry...

yeah, all in hinds sight now, but would have it really been worth it?

Eh, probably not. It wouldn't have added that much to the story.

Hmm, no audio on my webcam. I wonder if my computer would know to use it's own mic though?

That is hillarious! I wish something like that would liven up life around here... All that happens here is news about a mexican bein arrest cause they are illegal, or a body appears...

Illegal Mexicans being arrested? If that happened around here, no one could get food at all, pretty much.

Yeah, well, there are plenty of people around here out of a job because of them... so, anyways, lets not turn this into a rant about them...

I was on the subway in Boston last week (and I found out a convient little way to ride it for free ) and there was a guy begging for money to buy wine. I mean, if you're going to beg for money, at least make something up that'll get people to give you money
