Hello- I have a TI-84 Plus CE that shows just a white screen. I have tried the brightness controls, a new batter, reset, reset w/ 2nd+del (I think..not really positive I did this right as it seems to do nothing different than just the reset) and reinstalling the OS. I have the TI Connect Software and when I do a screen cap it shows that it's working. It's just that the screen is white only and nothing is displayed. Is this a hardware error that cannot be fixed?

Please not it's about 3 years old and has worked fine until this past week.

The last guy with a similar issue had a low battery, have you checked that?
