I'm making a project in Scratch (2.0, the 3.0 editor is too slow, clunky, and might be unmotivating) that lets you create your own avatar using 16 predetermined colors. Then your avatar will be made to complete a platformer that varies in difficulty depending on what color you used in your avatar (I don't know if I'll make the color thing pseudo-random or not). I might need help with line detection for physics and movement, and for dynamic pen routines, other than that I should be OK.
Hmm, what about the color changing the layout of the map and the color of the hazards? Maybe each color could be a different element? Examples being green focusing on jump or red focusing on lasers.

Interesting ideas, but red is a tad obvious. I think I'll have the user put in a name that changes their game, too!
I'm running into some problems rendering the colors for a drawing board. The function I wrote for the drawing board is making the program freeze. It's probably because it's supposed to run within one screen refresh (the whole function runs, and the screen doesn't get drawn again until the function finishes running) I should probably have the function run normally (not all at once) when the drawing section's paused, instead.
I should probably cancel out on this entry. Scratch isn't really cut out for dynamic line drawings, seeing how it only has one buffer, and rendering a person's drawn character is probably gonna slow down the program to unplayability.
