Hey welcome to Cemetech.
It'd be nice if you could explain exactly what issue you're having. The best I can guess is that you've accidentally locked yourself out of your computer and forgotten your password?
I usually change a new login password every half a month or every month,i didn't write down the password, but i forgot this latest password,i confused them.
Ok, did you try contacting Microsoft or trying some of these tips? https://www.top-password.com/knowledge/reset-windows-10-password.html

Microsoft doesn't help users with such problems because they have to deal with so many things every day,and they don't think that issues like this to be within their jurisdiction. So it's wise to try something else.
I Googled it for you. In a typical home configuration you can log in as Administrator from safe mode and change the password.

Hiren's Boot CD is a good choice as well. https://www.hirensbootcd.org/

It includes a utility for resetting passwords for local accounts.

Afterwards, it may be worth looking at your personal password policy? Is there a reason that you change your password every 15-30 days? Even the most stringiest security standards I am aware of for passwords that require password changes based on a timescale are around 30-60 days. Microsoft now no longer recommends password changes based on calendar events, but as a need arises based on password compromises. This means a unique and securely generated password that is kept secret on a well protected system could have a long living password with little to no issues security wise. Even NIST has updated it's policies to not enforce a password change based on an arbitrary time scale. See https://pages.nist.gov/800-63-3/sp800-63b.html#sec5 Section 5.1.1.2

Quote:
Verifiers SHOULD NOT impose other composition rules (e.g., requiring mixtures of different character types or prohibiting consecutively repeated characters) for memorized secrets. Verifiers SHOULD NOT require memorized secrets to be changed arbitrarily (e.g., periodically). However, verifiers SHALL force a change if there is evidence of compromise of the authenticator.
