DCS7 integrates XLIB, celtic3 picarc, so where can I download PicArc Lib? instead of all integrated DCS7~~~

I believe this is the newest version but I could be wrong. I don't think it was officially released on any downloads section. Also as this post says, archives generated by this standalone PicArc program are not compatible with the ones from Celtic III.

I realized that I might have been wrong. I actually wanted the command PutSprite - identity (5, "HEXSTRING", x, y, w, h, logic, flip, update_lcd) in DCS7. I just wanted to display a hexstring formatted image in basic, but space limitations prevented me from installing the entire DCS4 (110+KB). I thought picarc lib was an 8xk file similar to xlib, and then I used the ”identity（“ command to write it into the basic program. Thank you very much for your help.
