Im creating an operating system in ti-basic and i need to know how you would make a TI-Basic programmer in TI-Basic.
P.S. if you have any scripts i can use to get off to a good start post them for me thnx.
That isn't possible in TI-Basic. You could feasible write a script that could store commands into strings, but it would require an ASM sub to actually write it into a program. Plus, TI-BASIC is an interpreted language which requires the TI-OS to run. So you can't make an actual OS. You could make a shell, but those still require ASM subs to be useful.
1. You can't create an OS in TI-BASIC by definition; you can only create a shell. That's probably what you mean.
2. Why?! It would just be slower than the native editor.
3. Can't think of any scripts of the top of my head.
