Does anyone have an idea why Quick CMS would not work on sourceforges web servers, everything checks out on the viewing, but the admin panel will not worked, all dependencies needed are enabled in php, so I see no reason why it is not working. Suggestions anybody?

no need for answer i found out why and it is not going to change, but I found out a different way to do things so it will work out.
