I have no idea. When I checked the program by downloading it from the original calc with TI-Connect, and it shows the same data without all the LinReg(ax+b) from source coder, and in the program editor on the calc shows the proper code.

Also, none of this code belongs to this program.
It sounds like the VAT on the original calculator is a bit wonky. If you use ALL+ again, are the programs similarly broken?
I haven't tried, I did try just sending the one program calc to calc and calc to pc and either way, it is messed up.

Almost definitely due to a corrupted VAT entry making it miscalculate the starting address of the program, which is both the source of the wrong data from other programs and the incorrect size (and the null space in the middle, since archived programs aren't fully concatenated).

Not really, thank you for the offer. I am going through on paper and lettering each End to it's corresponding command it finishes. However, with 42 total End commands, I'm running out of letters fast :p

I think once I get these all properly grouped, then I shall be able to make what additions I need to.

Something that would be really cool/helpful/awesome would be similar to that of Notepad++, where you place your cursor next to a parenthesis and it highlights the end one for it. Not sure if that is even remotely possible, but would still be a cool feature to have
As you correctly indicate, it would be very very difficult to add, but also very cool. Smile Maybe in some future version of SourceCoder once I make billions overnight and suddenly have days of free time on my hands. Smile best of luck tracking down all your Ends. One thing that occurred to me is that it will have a hard time figuring out conditional Ends, such as If [condition]:End, which is a valid trick in some very rare cases.
