The first link is the fake, and every link on it points you to a login form...
where do you report things such as that?
That would be a phishing site. You can report it to PayPal on their [real] site.
I dunno, maybe to paypal support... I really don't like paypal anymore, as their system cost me $50...

They need to rewrite all the backends too though.
Not really, all they did was link to the login page, which probably just sends them an email with their paypal information.
Fair enough. That's all they need to get, anyway.

not yet....I reported it to both PayPal and the national site above. Ive been checking out their ISP's site, because legally they are required to remove it.

We could create fake email accounts...put the address in our signatures and then wait for a bot to pick it up....then look for phishers and take them out.
I had a similar e-mail about a month ago...all of the links pointed to a UK site...
