I have been working over the past week or so on making the Cemetech website have a brand new site design, the CemetechLite theme. This is meant to be friendly to dialup users and those accessing the site from portable devices, while giving the site a faster loading time and cleaner appearance on full-sized devices. It now uses far fewer images (six images versus about 25 for regular users), and I'm converting as much of the deprecated tags to CSS2 formatting. The first phase, putting the sidebar and toolbar into the new format, are complete. I have switched over everyone to the new style, but keep in mind that if you prefered the old style you can easily switch it back in your Profile. Phase II will be making all pages accessible from the new style, and Phase III will be skinning the forum completely into the new design. A projected, long-term Phase IV would be converting the whole rest of the site into the template design for quicker changeovers. Enjoy!
