I made an interactive animation in Grammer code that I feel rather proud of (I didn't know Grammer could even do that and I created it o.O ) Anyways, what it looks like is this:
[attachment=3527:Spinning ring example 2.gif]
The controls are:
Arrows move
[F1] shrinks it
[F2] makes it grow
[2nd] speeds it up
[Alpha] slows it down
[ +] adds more lines
[-] removes lines
[4] shifts the point right
[6] shifts the point left
[8] shifts the point up
[2] shifts the point down

The program is here:
ANIMATE0.8xp
EDIT: Er, forgot my question: Does anybody else have ideas? As you can see, Grammer is a fairly capable programming language Smile

Ideas:
Physics interactive simulations
Background animations - possible in a game when you move it does as well, etc.
animation or program changing with the behavior of the user, key presses change the running program or animation "adaptation"

Hmm, I might be able to do some physicsy stuff... I at one point had a gravity engine that worked in 3 dimensions... I will have to work that out, though x.x And as for the background, I think I could do that, too. The lovely things I can do include using more screen buffers... Okay, I should sleep and then think more in the morning!

hmmm music geekness emerging. Thunderbolt would Grammer be capable of something like Animusic - Pipe Dream ? ... of course without the sound part. Also probably a question for another topic area, but how would one go about giving a Calculator that doesn't have sound capabilities some sound?

Wait, calculators don't have sound capabilities?! Razz Actually, Grammer does have some sound functions, you just need to have the right headphones to fit in the I/O port (2.5mm tip).

As for the question of an interactive physics thing, that has been done with a program known as Zedd which is a great physics engine. You can find it and a screenie here.
