Because the admins don't want to waste bandwith/webspace with all kinds of silly skins.
We sometimes have special skins for holidays (christmas for example) and stuff.
If you want create a new default skin that has something to do with calcs/UTI, you're free to do so and ask an admin if he want's to set is as the default skin. |
