No, filters do that. e.g. bad word filter.

What I want to do eventually is create a forum with an AI script similar to the AI script for conversations.

E.g. http://alicebot.org

Notice how the bot recognizes sentences in general not specifically words. If that kind of scripting was added to a forum, we could make a flames detector that could intelligently judge the content.

It could then say something like: Your post was not posted because it appears to be spam/flames; instead, it was added to a queue to be reviewed by the moderation team. The moderator will be given the choice to post or not post it; moreover, if the moderator choses to not post it, your warning level will be increased one unit. Thank you much; we hope your post is legitamate.

You see; I should write forum software. Smile

That sounds like a good idea. But can you do that? Wouldn't that also take a while to program?

Not to mention the huge amount of time it would take to program such an AI script all by yourself. Though I really like the idea as long as it works good enough so you won't get threads where half the posts still have to posted because the mods still have to check them even though they are fine.

If I worked full time, it would take me one year to write a forum and one year to write the ai feature.

I could make a forum with all the featurs of invision, but it would take forever.

Yeah, at times it does not make sence.

Still, what you really have to do is include what you are talking about each time because by default, it switches nouns to pronouns when possible.

I talked to that dumb bot. Worst thing about it is that it doesn't remember anything from your last message, so it is not a real conversation, it analyses what you presently say.
