We should get more smilies... or maybe have a smily contest! Lots of people here are artistic.

I have added the msn messenger sarcasm smilie ( ^o) ) to my own IPB. It's not really difficult and it doesn't take much space too. The only downside is that an admin has to upload them to the site.

thats not too hard. you edit the css to make it use a specific font (the ti-83+ one that comes with ti connect/ti graphlink) then when they paste all thoes funny chars from grphlink it looks all correct.

Untill somebody who doesn't have that font installed on his system comes along and tries to read the source code.

If only we could set a word filter to only apply in [code] blocks.

What we could do however would be adding the symbols as smileys to replace the รบ stuff you get, but that doesn't work in [code] blocks.

Some smileys randomly work in code blocks... sometimes.

1. Go here.

2. Find the glyph you want.

3. Convert the code to decimal and use &#xxxx;

Code:
A*sin(θ)→C

good one ∑!

now we are finally able to say stuff like √X

it's tricky to get them right though

you can also copy and paste them, but yes, i think a pinned topic somewhere with all those values and the characters would be cool.

Hmm, I actually play RuneScape, kinda surprised to see you using a RS site.

Runevillage.com is currently down (or maybe it's my comp) but they have some pretty cool "smilies". The two best are a smilie holding a "BAN PLZ" sign and an animated group of smilies that spell out NOOB. Very useful Razz
