Code:
ClrDraw
DelVar ADelVar B-47→Xmin:1→ΔX
-31→Ymin:1→ΔY
Repeat C=45
Pxl-Off(A,Ans
getKey→C
A+(Ans=34)-(Ans=25→A
B+(C=26)-(C=24→B
Pxl-On(A,Ans
End

It flickers so much, I had to think about the program to find the initial location.
Plus, I figured I'd get entries like this, so I requested three for a good reason!

Goose! Haha!

Code:
DelVar ADelVar BClrDraw
Repeat C=45
Pxl-Off(A,Ans
getKey→C
A+(Ans=34)-(Ans=25→A
B+(C=26)-(C=24→B
Pxl-On(A,Ans
End

(ClrDraw after Delvar because I don't think loops work with that).

You mean because it doesn't use a Repeat loop to wait for movement instead of flickering even when no key was pressed?

I would probably join if I could find three separate programs on my computer, and I weren't so lazy.

A new IRC channel is open.

For those of you who are looking for a good place to stay—where TI-Basic knowledge is vast, where functions and routines are explained and fully understood, where refined coding techniques are handed over upon request, and where line-by-line optimization is about as abundant as the conversations that take place—if you're willing to be part of this group, then join us and call us by name. Enter #Optimize.

I'd join if I were any good at 83+ basic, but sadly I'm not, and am only beginning to become proficient at 89 basic. If any of you saw my small text menu displaying code, you'd probably faint.

When I start working on a big project, I'll apply. I need motivation.

That routines section is great. Any time I come up with anything useful, I check it and it's usually there already. Smile
