Whoa, something big is happening... right as I leave for a road-trip. At least with all these new team mates I don't have to worry about not being here anymore.

alex, when you're not using an ArrayList you have to resize your arrays!

for(int i = 0; i < staff.length;i++)
newStaff[i] = staff[i];
newStaff[staff.length] = sigma;
staff=newStaff;
