Please, remember to not discuss anything that happens here with others until it is appropriate to make a general announcement. This area is the behind the scenes management; hence, you can talk about anything or anyone with absolute privacy. Only those with the “UTI-STAFF” logo can see this area. This is the area to talk about issues including promotions, kicking, banning, removing moderators, and adding new members.
You are UTI-STAFF if you can read this, so you have the right to make decisions in regards to all forum members. I.e. if you want to warn someone, do it, if you want to change something, change it.... Do what you need to do, then let us know what you did. It is okay to ask questions too, but if the question is, "Can I ... to a member?," the answer is, "YES, you can, but post what you did here."

If you Pin something, do so because it is a high priority item. I.e. if you make a promise to someone, pin it.
If we owe a prize to someone or if we make a promise to someone, please make an topic saying that we owe something to someone. Upon completion, make refernce and close the topic.
It is okay to double post, tripple post, etc.. The only requrement is that there is a change in status in regards to the topic. I.e. you can ask a question, follow up, make a comment, post some new facts, quite simply, the rule is to keep information up to date and when complete close the topic. It is even okay if create your own topic, reply to yourself several times, then close it yourself without any interaction with others.
If you are working on part of United-TI, you can post information here, and keep it up to date by yourself.
Even if you do something small like change a username, post that info here to let us know.
If you wish to warn a member, modify a members post, make any changes to any type of forum member, you already have permission to do it, so you do not need to ask. Just post what you did ato whom and why in here. All of us will do the same.
