Since when can you create new topics in NimbusOS Forum.
correct me if I am wrong but isn't that supposed to be made so only UTIStaff can make a new topic their?
EDIT: woah I just checked fate by fire and sonc forums also and you can create new topics there too. I would fix this before someone starts making a mess in those forums. I may be wrong but none of these used to be open to new topics from anyone.
