no one with flags came in the chan for 20 days

you have yet to come into the channel while im on (since you notified me that you wanted your flags) so i can give you the flags again Smile

3. when i get a chance, ill remove +t (topic lock) (ill have to sneak on, as my comp just got taken away, but no prob.)
4. ok, can you meet me in there around 12:00 AM? (6:00 AM GMT) ill try to get on

Hmmm... Well, I wouldn't mind what he DOES know. It's annoying when I'm on that little public access computer at the library and I'm down to 5 mins and he starts feeding me info on how to use the bot. It usually ends up like this: I ask about some command I want to know. He says "brb".Time ticks away at a speed seemingly faster than normal. He comes back when I'm down to about 15 seconds left, posts something, and before I get a good look at it my comp times out. It's annoying as hell.

ok, this is an incomplete list, as im not at my comp to check. these are the commands with syntax (syntax is >command <variable> [<optional variable>], eg: >command hi test ):

yes, i think >level should be for all levels... just an opinion though.

Or maybe a compromise of the two: keep level 4's ">level <nick>" option the same, and add a new option for level 1 ">level", which will display your level only

i realized my mistake when i had my comp taken away and couldnt get in very oftain, much less host my bot :(

i believe its still:
Admins: op (@)
UTI Members: voice (+)
rest: normal
as soon as i get my comp back, ppl who had an account with a bot named anything othre than "Tilith" will need to create a new account, as my hd crashed and i lost the old accounts Sad

the command should be in the list i posted Neutral

If you get a java chat client, then can you make it harder for someone to obtain your IP address? I find it incredibly easy to have someone's IP lost in IRC everywhere. Is there a way to make it use a proxy?

i dont know. i can get most ppl's ip from their dns (hostmask) and you HAVE to have a hostmast to get on irc
if you use quakenet, get an account (/msg Q help hello)
then type /mode +x yournick to hide your hostmask/ip
