Once calc84maniac becomes a wabbitemu pro, he can take screenshots like this:

Looks pretty great! Hopefully the blur isn't too bad on calc.

IT'S ALIIIIVEEE!

So yeah, I decided to ditch my plan for the Artificial Intelligence, because it was getting way too complicated (and it probably wouldn't work anyway). Instead, I'll use the tried-and-true waypoint method. So, I decided to get the AI to be able to aim itself at a point. The best way to test that, in my opinion, was to have a moving target - that is, the human-controlled car. And it seems to work! The artificial intelligence is using the exact same controls as the human - left, right, and 2nd. :)

I believe we refer to this as "games of epic quality."

I am awed by the things you can pull off in ASM. Honestly.

Actually, I'm probably not planning on showing CPUs there normally. It's mostly just for multiplayer purposes.

so i am guessing multiplayer would be done on same calculator with two different control schemes
also during nonmultiplayer would there be an option to display the course map wich shows yours and opponents positions

It doesn't aim at the human player any more - instead it aims at a series of points within the track, in sequence.

That's a pretty neat system. How far apart are those points? Also, how can the CPUs pass each other if they are in the same loop?
