hello you all.
I just bought a TI-89 Titanium and when i try to connect him to my laptop via TI Connect 1.6 i get "not responding" messege and the TI Connect have to be close. i use windows vista Home Basic 32-bit Operation system.

please help me..

Direct usb links seem to have problems like that might I suggest getting a silver-link cable they don't have as many errors.

Hi !

The problem on my computer is gone:
1- I rebooted
2- I chose windows XP compatibility for the TI Connect
3- Tried to update and everything was successful
4- Closed the program
5- Unselected the XP compatibility

I'm not sure, but I think just the reboot made the trick !!!
