Hi,
Using Java code, I've managed to extract the ROM code from the official TI-34 MultiVieW / TI-30XS MultiView / TI-College Plus (french) emulators.
The CPU seems to be a 4-bits Toshiba T4X/T49.
Unfortunately, I have not managed to find the instruction set on the Internet.
Does anybody have any hint? |

You can get the raw ROMs by somehow looking into TI's emulators, which are made of Java bytecode which uses some native code.

How sure are you of that MCU part number? Most of Toshiba's sites only seem to list 8 bit MCUs and up, though their Chinese site led me to the TLCS-47 family (datasheets are available if you click through, e.g. 47 series instruction set). It's the only information about 4-bit Toshiba MCUs I've been able to find!

| There are some references to "T49" in the Java bytecode. However, we don't know whether "T49" refers to an actual part number. |
