We need:
First Last (Screename) for the rules
Qualifications:
You must be a Staff member or a Global Moderator (still considered Staff). You may as well because you cannot submit an entry due to the conflict of interest. |

| Okay, apparently my posted didn't go through earlier... I don't think I'll make a good judge because I only have internet access at college. When I go back home, I have no internet, so on breaks (especially summer vacation) I have no internet. |
