Well, I didn't get anything out of the IT specialist. He couldn't find out the cause of this. Maybe it is in the OS of my PC. I want to try it on XP, using the same machine i.e. dual boot. But the software will not work on it as it is an one time only license. How could I get the full version on another OS.
