Hi,

I recently started learning z80 asm, and I have a question: How can you disable the "Done" message at the end of a program? Is there a flag for it, a B_CALL or something else? Please say!

Thanks in advance

EDIT: Oh, I dont need it any more. It is

Code:
res 5,(iy+0)
That's correct, that is indeed how you do it. Glad you were able to answer your own question. Why don't you just make Doors CS programs, though? The online and full SDKs:

It will save you a lot of headaches with assemblers and linkers, as well.
I start with nostub programs, since sometimes your calculator crashes and I have a lot of programs on my calc so it takes ages before you can run them.
If I can program a bit more in ASM, I'll do DCS programs by default Smile

Oh, you are testing your ASM programs on your calculator. Why wouldn't you program on-comp with an emulator? It's much, much faster and saner.
I started out using my calculator for testing as well as writing programs on it through Mimas. I'm sure Kerm remembers how hopelessly in disrepair my laptop charger was.

Anyway, I'll admit, I prefer making nostub programs during the early stages of development. At least until I feel like I need some lib help.
But if you make them DCS-enabled (or even nostub and just run them with Doors CS) you can run from archive without losing your program to a crash so you can diagnose failures more quickly!
