Can I post my cipher even though I don't have any idea on how to solve Weregoose's?

Anyway, here is my ciphered message:

~x`9~vz9~mi9~gv`~``x~wyz~zzo~rhl~ovi~bwr~``v~el`~zmw~o`rKfzvvv`gih7.
I just poked in this topic to say "WOW", how the hell did Kerm solve the first one? I mean, it's not hyper hard, but Tsuzaka kept saying it was super simple Shock

And then Tsuzaka solving Kerm's, wow very nice job everybody.

Ooooh, I think I see it! If it's what I think it is, very nice...

What do you see Kerm? I am really interested in how Weregoose's cipher works. What does it mean by the p and q are inputs?
How hard is it to learn how to spell "Tsukasa"? Rolling Eyes

I should take a stab at Weregoose's cipher.
