Not necessarily true, if you're insane. If you know you're .org-ing at $9d95, which is true for the 83+, then you can make the whole program go into an infinite loop by adding jp $9d95 instead of jp Main at the end. If you want to jr 2 bytes forward, you can just do jr $+4 instead of bothering with labels. There's no practical need to do that though.
