Allright... so PTI is great and I really love it, but sometimes when I try to send programs to it, it gives me a transmission error. It's an archived, unlocked BASIC program called SUDOKU2.8xp. This happened with my old Sudoku program too, but not with several of my other BASIC programs. I tried unarchiving it before transferring it from my calc to my PC, but that didn't seem to help either. Does anyone know of some reason why this is happening?

Try grouping it with something in TILP then sending it.

Just unarchive it. PindurTI no likey archived programs. (To unarchive it, just right click it and hit ti-file properties. Don't bother resending it ).
