Not really; XP was cracked pretty fast; more than likely Vista will be cracked quickly as well.

XP's cd key was cracked, but I never heard of the activation process being cracked. The way around that was to just use the business multi-license versions that didn't use said checks.

Doesn't it use the call-in method where you use a key-gen to get the auth code? Thats how most bypassing the activations work (for things like photoshop and such), but I heard that MS will only have internet activation for Vista, meaning such tactics won't work on it...

Besides, MS has the ultimate anti-piracy tool.... VIRUSES! Without having a genuine windows license, you don't get updates, and we all know what that means Very Happy
